What We Discussed on the Show

The Raising Consciousness Podcast is a show dedicated to exploring the idea of raising your conciousness. We discuss a wide range of topics, including how you can use your own mind and body to increase happiness and fulfillment. In today's episode, we are going to be talking about fear. We'll explore why fear exists in our lives as well as what we can do about it. Let's get started!

Why Are We Afraid?

Fear is a learned response, and it's one that we can unlearn. Fear is the opposite of love, happiness and peace. It's not good for you to be afraid all the time. Fear is a choice; it's an illusion that distracts us from our true nature as beings of light and love in this world.

Fear is often caused by beliefs such as "I'm not good enough" or "I don't deserve this." These beliefs are often formed through past experiences where you were hurt or rejected by others--or even yourself! When we have these negative thoughts in our mind they can cause us pain which leads to more fear, which leads back around again until eventually we become stuck in an endless cycle of suffering and anxiety that keeps us from moving forward towards our goals in life (whatever those may be).

What Can We do About it?

In order to change the world, we must first change ourselves.

There are many ways to raise your own consciousness, and each person will have their own unique approach. Some of these include:

  • Acceptance - learning to accept yourself for who you are
  • Awareness - being aware of your thoughts and actions at all times (noticing if they are positive or negative)
  • Self-love - loving yourself unconditionally; treating yourself as if someone else was doing it for them (your best friend, spouse etc.)
  • Meditation - sitting still and focusing on the present moment without judgment or attachment

Fear is the Opposite of Love and Happiness

Fear is the opposite of love and happiness. It's a lack of trust, faith and courage. Fear is what we feel when we are not at peace with ourselves or our surroundings.

It's important not to confuse fear with danger; they are separate concepts that often overlap but don't always have to do so in order for you to experience them both at once. For example: You may feel afraid when you're walking through an unfamiliar neighborhood at night because there could be aggressive people roaming around looking for trouble (dangerous situation). Or maybe your boss yelled at you earlier today so now when she comes up behind you while working on an important project, instead of listening closely as she gives instructions about how it needs done next week (fear), all she hears is "get away from me" over again until finally giving up trying altogether because nothing seems like it will work out anyway...and then quitting!

What Does Life Balance Look Like For You

Great question! First of all, balance is different for everyone. It's a moving target that requires you to constantly reevaluate your needs and priorities. We all have our own unique journeys in life, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to balancing the various aspects of our lives.

I think it's important to remember that balance is about being true to yourself--not what society thinks is "normal" or "acceptable." For example, if you love spending time with your kids but hate going out on Saturday nights because you'd rather stay home and watch Netflix with them instead of going out partying at clubs or bars then that's okay! There are no rules saying you have do anything else besides what makes YOU happy (and healthy).

Creating a Fearless Business and Life

In this episode, we discussed how to create a fearless business and life. A fearless business is one that does not fear failure, but rather embraces it as an opportunity for growth. It's also a place where you can be yourself and do the right thing for the right reasons without worrying about what other people will think of you or your ideas. This type of environment allows for collaboration and creativity because everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas without being judged by others in their workplace or community.

A truly fearless business would also be willing to stand out from the crowd by doing things differently than competitors! If everyone else is doing something in one way, then why should we follow suit? Let's try something different!

Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are the thoughts that hold you back from achieving your goals. They can be as simple as "I'm not good enough" or "I'll never be able to do it." These thoughts are often based on past experiences, but they do not have to be true and they certainly aren't helpful!

Limiting beliefs can be changed over time by replacing them with positive affirmations that give you confidence in yourself and your abilities. When we change our limiting beliefs, we open ourselves up to new possibilities--like being able to achieve our goals!

What Does it Mean to Raise Your Conciousness?

Raising your consciousness is a process of becoming aware of the world around you. It's not about changing the world, it's about changing yourself. You can't change the world until you change yourself, and this can be done by taking responsibility for your own actions and thoughts, rather than blaming others or external factors for your problems and failures in life.

Raising your consciousness means that instead of being passive or reactive in life--you take charge by making conscious choices to live deliberately and mindfully every day so that you can create positive change in yourself as well as other people around us (including animals).

Why is Raising Consciousness Important?

Raising consciousness is important because it helps us to see the world as it really is, not as we think it is. It helps us recognize that everything in our reality has a purpose and a function.

Raising consciousness also allows you to see your true nature, and the true nature of reality.

How to Raise Conciousness

You can raise your consciousness, and here's how:

  • Focus on the good. You have to be willing to see the good in yourself and others, even when it's hard to do so. It may seem like a cliché or a cliche, but you have to focus on what is right with people instead of focusing on what is wrong with them. This will help you bring out their best qualities instead of bringing out their worst qualities or making them feel bad about themselves because they don't measure up against some arbitrary standard that society has set up for them (which is often impossible anyway).
  • Give yourself permission to be happy right now! Don't wait until "someday" when everything will be better; start being happy today by doing things that make YOU feel good about yourself! For example: listen to music that makes YOU want dance around in circles without caring who sees/cares; go out into nature where there are no distractions from phones ringing or other people talking around us--just us enjoying each other's company without interruption from outside sources; take time off work just so we can relax without worrying about getting back home before dark so no one worries about me driving home late at night alone...the possibilities for this one are endless! As long as we keep ourselves busy all day long then maybe someday won't come soon enough because we've already missed out on our lives while waiting around wasting time thinking up excuses why not now isn't right either.

Conclusion

It's important to remember that raising your consciousness is a journey and not a destination. It's something that you can work on every day, no matter where you are in life or business. The more awareness we have about the way we think and feel, the better prepared we'll be for whatever comes next!
