Years ago, Robin ran a successful marketing agency. However, despite outward success, he found himself stuck in a cycle of overwhelm. His days were consumed by client demands, endless deadlines, and the pressure to keep the business afloat. Burnout was imminent, and Robin knew something had to change. That's when he discovered his true passion: helping other entrepreneurs avoid the same struggles.
Transitioning to coaching wasn’t easy, but it gave Robin the clarity he needed to redefine success. For him, success isn’t just about revenue—it’s about freedom, balance, and growth. Now, he helps business owners achieve the same.
One of the biggest breakthroughs for Robin was learning to productise services. Instead of offering vague promises, he encourages entrepreneurs to package their offerings in a clear, effective way. For example, a website designer might offer "A site that delivers 15-20 qualified leads monthly for £5,000" instead of simply offering "web design services." This clarity simplifies the sales process and builds trust with clients.
Hourly rates often undervalue expertise and limit earnings potential. By switching to value-based pricing, business owners align their fees with the results they deliver. This not only increases profitability but also ensures that clients see the true value of the work. For example, if a business helps a client generate £100,000 in new revenue, charging £10,000 is not only reasonable—it’s fair.
Many entrepreneurs unknowingly carry limiting beliefs about money that hold them back. Whether it's guilt about charging what they're worth or hesitancy to ask for more, Robin has been there. These beliefs are often rooted in societal norms or personal experiences, but they can be reconditioned. By embracing abundance and reframing one’s relationship with money, entrepreneurs can confidently grow their businesses without hesitation.
